Orders & Manufacturing

 

Billet Rotary specialises in high-performance and custom manufactured components. Many of our products are made to order or require finishing prior to dispatch.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

 

  • Certain products may have extended fulfilment times

  • Lead times will vary depending on the product and current workload

  • Estimated timeframes provided are a guide only and not guaranteed

 

We will always aim to complete and dispatch orders as efficiently as possible, however delays may occur due to the nature of custom machining, supplier availability, or production scheduling.

 

 

Refunds & Returns

 

Due to the custom and specialised nature of our products:

 

  • We offer exchange or replacement only for defective items

  • All claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods

  • Products must be returned in original, unmodified condition

 

Any alterations will void all return or exchange eligibility. This includes (but is not limited to):

 

  • Machining

  • Drilling

  • Porting

  • Modification or installation damage

 

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection.

 

 

Use of Products

 

All products supplied by Billet Rotary are intended for off-road and motorsport use only.

 

You acknowledge and accept that:

 

  • Performance modifications carry inherent risks

  • All installation and use of products is at your own risk

  • Billet Rotary accepts no responsibility (express or implied) for any mechanical, electrical, or other failure

Liability

 

Billet Rotary will not be liable for:

 

  • Damage to vehicles or property

  • Loss of use

  • Loss of time, income, or profits

  • Any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products

 

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure:

 

  • Correct product selection

  • Proper installation

  • Compliance with all local laws and regulations

 

 

Shipping

 

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only

  • We are not liable for delays or non-delivery once goods have been dispatched

  • Shipping methods and couriers are selected at our discretion

 

International Orders:

 

  • All taxes, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer

  • Customs processing times may impact delivery and are outside of our control
